All proprietary algorithms, visualization styles, and unique analytics methodologies hosted on this platform remain the exclusive property of Lycian Analytical Group. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our platform.
The trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed are protected by Turkish and international intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of these assets constitutes a breach of this agreement.

Limitation of Liability
While we strive for precision, Lycian Analytical Group provides all services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that our analytics will be error-free or that access will be uninterrupted. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our platform.
Account Termination
Lycian Analytical Group reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
